This innovative Masters program, designed for experienced ministry pilots with over ten years of service, combines practical leadership strategies with the principles of self-organised learning.
The program encourages students to leverage their experience in Christian service to engage in higher-order thinking and complex problem solving. It covers self-organized learning methodologies, leadership principles, and theological frameworks, allowing students to apply these concepts directly to their ministry work.
Students will complete a capstone project wherein they apply their learning to a real-world problem in their ministry work. This project will demonstrate their ability to use self-organised learning methods and leadership principles to effect positive change.
Upon completion, students will be equipped to lead effectively in ministry settings using self-organised learning principles. They will also be well-versed in applying theological concepts to practical situations, enhancing their capacity for strategic decision-making in the face of challenges.
