A life worth living often begins with self-discovery and exploration. Like opening a durian, we see how much we're valued. But even after successes, we might question our worth and whether it's worth the effort. Sometimes, we might feel old and irrelevant despite our accomplishments. Things like losing a loved one or physical ability can force us into an un-lived life. It can lead to regret and despair, often fuelled by negative thoughts or disrespecting those in power. This might change someone's behavior from being kind and helpful to being unpredictable and judgmental. People living an un-lived life might get angry quickly, stop being kind and generous, and think too highly of themselves. They might also become petty, hold grudges, and keep a record of every insult, whether it's real or just in their head.
