The certification event also laid the groundwork for future collaborations and events, including the Global Expeditionary Awards, aimed at identifying and showcasing top coaches from various regions of the Philippines.
The event represents a step towards fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization, thereby enhancing its reputation as a leader in its field.

Rev. Gerard Seow, a senior pastor at Singapore-based 7modalities.com conducted the Megaworld Hotels and Resorts (MHR) Certification of Life Impact Coaches at the Kingsford Hotel Manila in Parañaque City.
The final day of this seminar saw 15 participants from property developer Megaworld Corp. receive their certification and tokens of completion from Pastor Seow: Cleofe Albiso, Divine Delos Reyes, Eden Decano, Lynette Ermac, Mario Justo, Socrates Alvaro, Ferdinand Navarro, Joe Fijardo, Rowena Samonte, Jorold Montelibano, Jeremy Go, Charlene Co, Nico Ivan Velasquez, Loleth So and Claire Bernabe.
The good pastor is the author of a book titled "When Favour Comes", which discusses how "a response aligned with God's plan always yields a further revelation of one's destiny in Him." The recent event revolved around the discovery of human genius by modalities. For Pastor Seow, "it is not just a life passion, but it is also a deepening burden to decode, define and declare the hidden and elemental in you."
In this session of learning, he brought to the Philippines—and to key executives of the Megaworld Hotels and Resorts Group—training and doctrines based on the templates he has developed in his Geylang office for talent diagnostics. The pastor's passion for understanding the human psyche has led him on the path of developing a course that helps define the gifts that lie latent and hidden deep inside each individual. This course he developed serves as a "discovery diagnostics" programme based on Romans 12:6-8: " Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith; Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching; Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness."
