Our impact-driven methodology for Theology graduate students is a comprehensive and focused approach that primarily concentrates on cultivating leaders. These leaders, often referred to as shepherds, are trained to motivate and empower individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds and with different learning styles.

In order to support this diverse range of students, we employ an innovative method known as C-BAM. This method, combined with self-guided learning platforms, enables us to effectively organize, design, and curate digital resources that provide information about the College and its various programs. This comprehensive approach ensures that all students have access to the resources they need to succeed in their academic journey.

The main objective of our program is to make advanced design thinking skills accessible to all students, regardless of their background or previous experience. By doing so, we hope to help talented individuals uncover their potential and expand their skillset through a variety of learning modalities. This includes both traditional classroom teaching and more innovative, hands-on learning experiences.

The ultimate goal of our methodology is not just to provide an education, but to create a comprehensive digital community that actively involves all members. This community will serve as a platform for students to engage with each other and with the wider academic community, fostering a sense of shared learning and collective progress.
