Collaboration Agreement between University A and University B

This agreement is made between University A and University B for the purpose of promoting academic collaboration and exchange between the two institutions.

Area of Cooperation

The two universities agree to cooperate in the following areas:

  1. Exchange of faculties for the purpose of teaching, research and academic collaboration
  2. Coordination of joint research projects in areas of mutual interest
  3. Exchange of students for the purpose of study, research and cultural exchange
  4. Joint seminars and conferences on topics of mutual interest

Implementation

  1. Both universities agree to designate a liaison officer who will be responsible for the implementation of this agreement.
  2. The liaison officers will communicate regularly to facilitate the exchange of information, coordinate activities and resolve any issues that may arise.
  3. The universities will establish appropriate procedures to ensure that the exchange of faculties and students is carried out in accordance with institutional policies and regulations.
  4. The universities will work together to identify funding sources to support joint research projects, seminars, conferences, and other cooperative activities.

Duration

This agreement will remain in force for a period of five years and may be extended by mutual agreement of both universities.
