Collaboration Agreement between University A and University B
This agreement is made between University A and University B for the purpose of promoting academic collaboration and exchange between the two institutions.
Area of Cooperation
The two universities agree to cooperate in the following areas:
- Exchange of faculties for the purpose of teaching, research and academic collaboration
- Coordination of joint research projects in areas of mutual interest
- Exchange of students for the purpose of study, research and cultural exchange
- Joint seminars and conferences on topics of mutual interest
Implementation
- Both universities agree to designate a liaison officer who will be responsible for the implementation of this agreement.
- The liaison officers will communicate regularly to facilitate the exchange of information, coordinate activities and resolve any issues that may arise.
- The universities will establish appropriate procedures to ensure that the exchange of faculties and students is carried out in accordance with institutional policies and regulations.
- The universities will work together to identify funding sources to support joint research projects, seminars, conferences, and other cooperative activities.
Duration
This agreement will remain in force for a period of five years and may be extended by mutual agreement of both universities.
