1) Executive summary

Tropix Blue is undertaking a small but strategic A&A project at the Thai An campus: constructing a natural-material pavilion between the stairs and the pond, replacing an existing metal trellis and clearing a small number of trees where needed.

The new pavilion will create a multi-purpose sheltered area for community life, training, prayer, and hospitality, with a simple kitchenette to support day-to-day campus operations and visiting teams.
