Nation-Wide Micro Church Plants Strategy

Our vision encompasses establishing micro church plants across the nation, beginning with returnees who serve as catalysts for spiritual transformation in their communities. This strategic initiative unfolds in carefully designed phases that prioritize relationship-building and disciple-making.

Phase 1: Initial Contact and Friendship Building

The journey begins with Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and returnees who cultivate authentic, casual friendships within their communities. These organic relationships form the foundation for genuine spiritual conversations, moving beyond transactional ministry to incarnational presence among neighbors, colleagues, and family members.

Phase 2: From Friendship to Discipleship

As trust deepens, these relationships naturally transition into discipleship opportunities focused on winning the lost. Returnees share the gospel contextually, addressing the real-life challenges and aspirations of their communities. This phase emphasizes:

• Personal testimony and life-on-life mentoring
• Small group Bible studies in homes and informal settings
• Prayer partnerships that demonstrate God's power and presence
• Service projects that embody Christ's love tangibly

Phase 3: Teaching and Coaching Emerging Leaders

As new believers mature, the focus shifts to identifying and developing future leaders. Through intentional teaching and coaching, we equip them with biblical foundations, ministry skills, and character formation necessary for kingdom leadership.

The Seminary Gate: Transition to Formal Theological Education

Promising leaders are mentored through what we call the "Seminary Gate"—a preparatory process that bridges grassroots ministry experience with formal theological training. This gateway ensures candidates possess:
