Gifts differ as to your elemental shape and character that defines what you are rather than what you do. See yourself in a proper estimation of what you really are so that you can build on the sovereign foundations of nationality (where you live), ethnicity (which mountain or river), language (what you know), and religion (why you care).

There is a natural instinct in men and of beasts put there by their Creator to seek after the greater natural good, as far as they know it. Foxes lay their young in holes secured in the ground protected from the elements and predators. The mother bird builds her nest up in trees or high crags for the same reason. This is not something taught in a text book but are innate in your DNA.

Thus the snow bird migrates to warmer climes to escape the winter frost and doubtless to get better food. The beasts of the field seek greener pastures and likewise the fishes of the ocean seek after the food they like best.  Jesus taught, Where the carcass is, there the vultures will be gathered together.

You will gain self-knowledge regarding how you are in fact making an impact so that you can identify your strengths and streamline your activities and focus only where you can make the greatest difference when you are engrossed in your elemental flow and raw talent.
