"A non-levitical ordination is essentially a prophetic act that operates at the edge of conventional ecclesiastical ministry. Although it may cause apprehension for those who rely on church structure to order spiritual life, it is a valid form of corporate witness to God's anointing and appointing of people to ministry outside of church structures. This prophetic act is informed by biblical precedent and guided by theological principles, but the timing, context, and nature of the act crystallise the receiving of the mandate and ministry ordained by God in that person or family, by an ecclesia.
This particular non-levitical ordination prophetically signifies several things:
- Preparation of the Bride for the end times. Seven years ago, I received a primary call to build the foundations of the Millennial Kingdom. The current ecclesiastical wineskin is prophetically receiving new grace and understanding to operate in the end times.
- Raising a Kingdom standard in a time of war. The December 4th eclipse ran through the West Antarctica Rift (WAR), and we have entered 2022 on a war footing. Many prophetic voices have independently confirmed the same sense, and the ordination affirmed this urgent call.
- Consecration and commissioning of families. The ordination extended corporate cover and blessing to each member of the family, affirming their unique place and role. It was, in effect, a consecration and commissioning of the family to their missional field and calling.
- Rev. Paul Khoo's description of non-levitical ordination, written for DAVT-42 (2022), best summarises what it is and why it matters."
