An overview (walk-through) of the M.A. program over 3 years, where Year 1 comprises required courses and students receive insights from their thesis advisor on the choice of their subject concentrations. In Year 2, students select their own electives that suit their interests and field of work while continuing their research to complete their dissertation. In Year 3, students must take and pass the comprehensive exam to demonstrate mastery in their coursework. Additionally, students will have an opportunity to defend their thesis before graduation.
