“I absolutely loved it. It is exactly the way Father has been teaching and directing me to be: Being very serious to His voice, leading and follow exactly as He directs. That is why I believe God put us together, because you prepare and make everyone feel welcome. At the same I feel that you and Lianne want Holy Spirit’s guidance and working more than any part of a schedule. I totally live that way and am so thankful for the privilege to join with you all...”

Japan's Holy War on Christianity

This would be a conversation starter at the intersection of 3 of our required courses for matriculation in King’s Colleges Singapore:

123-513 Ancient hostilities - There is a profound insight shared by the wise and experienced that the true essence of human suffering can be traced back to the underlying reality of spiritual warfare. This notion has been echoed by numerous prominent figures throughout history, including respected magistrates, governors, and political leaders. Additionally, it is worth noting that certain colonial powers have left an indelible mark on world history, often being associated with their notorious and infamous involvement. These historical actors have played a significant role in shaping the course of events, further reinforcing the belief in the profound connection between spiritual warfare and the struggles faced by humanity.

123-513 Course Description

123- 641 Culture Care -Understanding the depth of animal fear and human faith in times of difficulty, compromise, and betrayal is an opportunity to discuss conscience and culture across human geographies. Ethics studies in the development of human conscience beyond fear, focusing on what ought to be rather than what is (our current reality). Conscience is conflicted between primal instincts that drive extreme behaviour - fighting, hiding, and sometimes self-sacrifice. The ethical dimensions of figures like a Judas or a Kichijirō are provocative because brokenness is a human condition we see in ourselves. Can a species so broken by trauma, hardship, and historical abuse find hope? In our own weakness and failure, we confess like Peter: "I am a sinful person." This is the universal religious experience. No one is righteous.

123- 641 Course Description

123- 522 Modalities - The study of human formation is centered on the essential goodness and subsequent gratitude reflected in all societies and cultures including the Japanese communities where our associates are currently active. Jesus under the Tori gate has the same beginning as all other studies in anthropology which for the Christian must begin with the Image of God, however broken and shattered due to trauma, self-inflicted or otherwise. This is the unique DNA claimed by Jesus in the New Testament that is itself an extension of the grace and truth found in the teaching of Moses as well as the innate genius bequeathed to the sons of Adam and daughters of Eve.
