Mission brief

Origin: FUK Accelerator mission brief, October 2023 Working context: Fukuoka, Kyushu and the wider hidden-Christian story Partners: Japan Prayer Network; Dan and Sharon Corbett; local elders, guides, artists and communities Primary medium: locally voiced short documentary, field interviews and formation resources

The original creative aim remains:

Primary inquiry: How does received faith become a formed, embodied and generative life when confession is constrained by fear, persecution, silence or social pressure?

MODS × AoL research posture

This project does not begin by assigning historical persons, Japanese communities or Christian practices to modality labels. It begins with incidents, witnesses and independently situated sources.
