Q1. I've been blessed to journey through academia and develop expertise in a variety of areas, but two key areas stand out to me. The first is leadership development, which has been a passion of mine for over 30 years. The second is organisational culture, which I've come to see as an essential component of effective leadership. My specialisation in these areas came about through a combination of study, practical experience, and personal reflection, and I continue to be inspired by the ways in which these areas intersect and inform my current research interests.
Q2. As someone who has spent years studying leadership and team-building, I am most passionate about solving the problem of toxic work environments. I believe that a positive work culture is essential for the success of any organization, and my expertise in leadership development can help create and maintain a healthy workplace. By fostering a culture of trust, respect, and collaboration, we can create a more productive and fulfilling workplace for everyone involved.
