123-123 C-BAM (Slow Flight)

Study Accelerator for Non-Levitical Academics: KUL Accelerator

Background:

An “instrumented rated” ministry pilot can navigate using only the Bible. After receiving the Spirit, you’ll intuitively know your path. However, tongues can be divisive due to pride, poor judgement, and lack of pastoral oversight.

Those interested in Life in the Spirit can ask our Provost Council to moderate a similar seminar. It's crucial to balance kingdom shifts with maintaining leadership through good relationship management.

Summary in the 1 Cor 12:4-6 order:

Spirit’s gifts: 9-fold miracle signs (Kingdom advance) Son’s gifts: 4-fold lion, ox, eagle, man (directional compass) Father’s gifts: 7-fold modalities (flight stability and controls)

We all want to “go forward” (Moses at the Red Sea, Exo 14:15) but we’ll need to invest time and money in doing it right, otherwise there is chaos in the ranks due to mismanagement of the Spirit’s gift. This is where the Father’s gifts (modalities) come into play.

Introduction: The KUL Accelerator is a 100-hour study program that applies the principles of "slow flight" from aviation to C-BAM (agile project management).

The FAA's Flight Training Handbook (Advisory Circular 61-21) discusses minimum controllable airspeed (MCA), but the current private pilot practical test standards (PTS) calls it what it is — slow flight. Slow flight training's purest objective is to cultivate a pilot's sense of feel when flying the airplane near the edge of a stall. It's vital for a pilot to know and understand an airplane's slow-flight characteristics because airplanes fly at slow airspeeds when they take off, climb, and land — and examiners do not take this subject lightly” - AOPO guideline

The course is structured into modules that focus on understanding slow flight, applying these principles to learning, identifying and rectifying common mistakes, enhancing learning efficiency, and comprehending learning dynamics.
