As you embark on your journey of self-mastery in Christ, it's valuable to explore the various modalities of human behaviour that can be harnessed to deepen your walk with God and enhance your impact in the world. These modalities, each unique in its own right, can be thought of as elements in a "Periodic Table of Human Behaviour". Here's a brief introduction to seven key modalities:
- Prophetiea: The futurist. This modality is about anticipating future needs, challenges, or opportunities, and taking initiative to address them before they become pressing issues.
- Deaconiea: The specialist. This modality is about excelling in a specific domain, using your expertise to contribute to the team's objectives.
- Didasko: The essentialist. This modality is about breaking down complex ideas into understandable parts, and creating a learning environment that is both challenging and supportive.
- Parakaleho: The potentialist. This modality is about empowering others to explore new possibilities and take risks, without fear of failure or judgment.
- Metadidomi: The realist. This modality is about making strategic decisions about the best ways to allocate resources, prioritise tasks, and navigate the complexities of the team's environment to achieve its goals.
- Proistemi: The expansionist. This modality is about pioneering a new path to achieve the primary mission, inspiring their team to rise to the occasion and make a positive impact in their own right.
