Strategic Planning and Implementation: The candidate will be tasked with implementing the 2024 strategic goals for the HAN Accelerator. This involves understanding the long-term vision of the program and translating it into actionable plans.

Role Definition and Assignment: A significant part of this role involves decoding and establishing the five major roles within the seminary’s administration. Using differential diagnostics, heuristics, and lateral thinking, the candidate will identify which team members best fit these roles.

Personal Development: An important aspect of the HAN Accelerator is helping gifted individuals discover their unique genius. The candidate will need to create an environment and provide modalities that encourage this discovery.
Collaboration: The successful candidate will empower the team to identify and engage with potential collaborators. This could involve networking, outreach initiatives, and fostering a culture of collaboration within the team.

Methodology Implementation: The candidate will utilise Challenge-Based Agile Management (C-BAM) methodologies throughout the campus set-up. This will involve a deep understanding of this approach and the ability to train others in its use.
