[Editor’s note: Interesting that Vietnam is the physical ‘high place’ of Indochina:

• The Angkor complex in Cambodia is aligned to Preah Khan, its ancient precursor, which is in turn aligned to Noc Linh one of the sacred peaks in Vietnam.
• Mt Fansipan is the highest point and ‘roof’ of indochina, with an entire pagoda system at the top, and also on the same 103E meridian as Singapore.
