Seven Practices to Grow You Up! (EP4)
Proper thinking about and behaving well in regards to trauma in the stewardship of life to be useful to others by serving them through our leadership.
(1.) I am not exempt from shock and trauma
(2.) Anticipate shock and the subsequent trauma from it
(3.) Be willing to be transparent about your shock and trauma
(4.) Align yourself with others (don’t isolate when things go south)
(5.) Allow trouble to do it’s work, run to not from the front lines.
(6.) Always give thanks; in everything, “an attitude of gratitude”
(7.) Trouble will perish (depart), growth (muscle, maturity, character, perseverance) will prevail.
