  3. How do we facilitate sons and daughters coming into maturity for this level of engagement and discernment in the Spirit?

Dynamics of a Kingdom Altar

  1. A few mature anchor facilitators who are seasoned in the whole counsel (foundational doctrines, practical theology, basic eschatology), flow of the Spirit (words of knowledge, discerning spiritual state and needs, healing & other faith gifts).
  2. One or two spiritual activators / fire starters who are ready with an initiating rhema (Word / understanding / appeal OR worship encounter) to create the context of engagement for everyone. This is the spiritual ‘meeting location’ where streams can converge.
  3. Culture of waiting, discerning, confirming, submitting to each other, but also a practice of consecration: of our minds to behold, of our hearts to respond in faith, of our lips to release words with sensitivity, and of our actions to complete the witness.
  4. Spiritual fathers / mothers who can affirm and deepen revelatory insight, and facilitate impartation and activation as needed, and steer the journey and focus to other fields of operation especially with guests from another oikos / nation.

Areas for Corporate Exploration

  1. Family-centric growth - How do we enable a maturing of organic leadership centred around family, and engage each generation?
  2. Missional growth - Can a deep mission call provide sufficient focus and interest to engage the Spirit for Kingdom solutions?
  3. Integration growth - What are we committed to doing that is ‘needful’ but devoid of life, and how can these be fruitful vines?
