They focus on fostering innovation by creating an environment where ideas flow freely without fear of judgment, much like Paul's encouragement in 1 Thessalonians 5:11 to "encourage one another and build each other up."
Potentialists approach challenges with optimism, finding unique solutions and inspiring others, embodying the spirit of Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." They believe in learning through inclusive dialogue and act as performance coaches to help others express their ideas, following the wisdom of Proverbs 27:17: "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another."
Their strength lies in their network of support, knowledge, and experience, reflecting the truth of Ecclesiastes 4:9-10: "Two are better than one because they have a good return for their labor. If either of them falls down, one can help the other up."
