Congratulations on your acceptance into the HAN Accelerator to be conducted in Turtle Lake from Mon 25 March ****and runs until Fri 25 March, 2024. ****Participants in this CNX Accelerator will use C-BAM methodology (SOLE, CBL, and Agile) along with the self-directed learning platform (gbgoikos.com), to plan, design, develop, and curate a digital brochure about the College. This user-interface will provide a step-by-step orientation to the college's history, leadership, and program offerings, including Academics, Admissions, and Activities.
Project goals: A school in every home and a seminary in every church targeting spiritual fathers at the Family gate and gospel workers at the Nations gate. We help gifted individuals discover genius through modalities by making higher order design thinking accessible to all.
Learning Outcomes & Objectives - Our Campus Set-up program teaches design thinking at all levels of expertise. Our faculty crafted a curriculum that covers essential elements of design thinking, using practical exercises and real-world examples. Activities include group brainstorming and individual problem-solving challenges. By the end, students will understand higher order thinking and have the tools to apply it in their personal and professional lives.
2. Who are the beneficiaries?
Understanding Our Culture - To achieve our goals, we must identify our target audience and assist them in advancing their careers. For example, we can help pastors and gifted individuals like “Maria”, who may feel stuck in their current position, by providing mentorship programs and career development workshops. Our aim is to positively impact the lives and careers of our target audience.
Understanding Open Source Contributor ID (ORCID) -To assist Maria in reflecting on her academic journey, we will explore her experiences and accomplishments in her area of study, as well as her unique interests and talents. By identifying and discussing her specific areas of specialisation, we can help her to gain a deeper understanding of her academic strengths and potential future research interests. Through this process, we can also work with Maria to develop a strategic plan for achieving her academic and career goals, and provide her with the necessary resources and support to succeed.
Learning Traditional Methods -To help "Maria" transition into micro-education, we'll look at current brick and mortar examples. We'll identify what skills and knowledge "Maria" needs to succeed both in-person and online via platforms like Zoom. We'll evaluate "Maria's" abilities and tailor our approach to address any weaknesses. With targeted instruction, practice, and mentorship, "Maria" can confidently achieve her goals in micro-education.
3. What is your outreach strategy?
Technical Requirements for Course - To ensure equal access to educational resources, we need to address potential problem areas for students from areas with lower technology skills or limited internet bandwidth. One approach is to provide additional training or resources. Another is to partner with local groups to provide technology and internet access to students. By being proactive, we can help all students succeed academically.
Review of Our Resources and Support Services - Our goal is to create interactive tools for our students that cater to diverse learning needs. We will use cutting-edge technology to promote critical thinking and facilitate sharing of information about our college's history, academic curriculum, and admissions policies. Our tailored content delivery tools will empower students inside and outside the classroom, regardless of their learning style or background.
4. How does change come about?
Defining the Scope of the Problem - The main goal is to change your way of thinking and discover your natural talents and abilities. This helps you find what makes life worth living and why tomorrow can be better than yesterday.
Investigating and Researching the Topic -The administration sets up the campus using agile project management and challenge-based learning. They work with experienced academics to plan a Master's level curriculum that focuses on higher-order thinking skills. Micro-education is used as a tool for self-organised learning and leadership development.
Predicting Future Scenarios - This project uses information gained from teachers interacting with students in class to create a guide for administrators and teachers. The guide will help them evaluate each group of students, track their progress, learn more about small-scale education, and improve how they teach.
Creating Innovative Solutions - In a fast-changing world with a constant stream of products and services, catching and keeping customers' attention is tough. But innovation and creativity can help. By using cutting-edge designs and thinking creatively, our cohorts can overcome falling engagement. Unique branding, interactive experiences, and personalised content are some effective ways to captivate audiences and ensure that God’s voice message is heard and His light is seen.
5. How is change sustained?
Developing the Plan & Devising Solutions - We plan to create a personalised mentorship program that offers face-to-face guidance from experienced mentors. Our program will provide tailored support and resources to help candidates succeed in their personal and professional endeavours. Mentors will be chosen for their expertise, experience, and ability to provide valuable feedback. Regular check-ins and evaluations will be conducted to track progress and ensure that goals are reached. Our mentorship program will not only empower individuals but also benefit the community.
