Basics about theology, family, and personal growth are like pillars. They help us understand and strengthen these areas. It's like fixing a house foundation. Sometimes we can just repair it, but sometimes it needs a complete replacement.
Just as a house foundation can weaken, so can our beliefs. We need to regularly check our beliefs to keep them strong and relevant.
In my view, the church's foundations need a major change. This doesn't mean we throw everything away. We need to look at our beliefs, find what needs strengthening, and do it.
This way, our talks about life, learning, and the future have a strong base that can stand the test of time.
