The accelerator program aims to provide a comprehensive approach to cross-cultural education. The program includes a range of basic subjects, such as modalities, culture care, and serving leadership, as well as advanced subjects that focus on cross-cultural exchange training. The overseas experience component of the program is designed to broaden students' horizons and expose them to different cultures, while also providing them with opportunities to develop their interpersonal skills and build confidence in their ability to thrive outside of their home country. By participating in the accelerator program, students can gain a deeper understanding of cultural diversity and develop the skills necessary to succeed in a globalised world.
