This leadership approach is especially important in the Asia Staff Room (ASR) of the off-grid Seminary, where the Director of Serving Leadership (Hon.) oversees five key areas of institutional advancement.
The Director of Advancement (Hon.) operates at the intersection of strategy and stakeholder engagement, ensuring institutional growth and development. This position is crucial for fostering an environment conducive to continuous improvement, as it involves collaboration with various stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives. By prioritizing the institution's mission and vision, the Director of Advancement exemplifies the essence of serving through leading.
In parallel, the Director of Galleries (Hon.) manages the Sacred Art collections within the Mart Henry Bongabong artist-in-residency program. This role not only involves curatorial responsibilities but also serves as an embodiment of leading through service.
