King's College Seminary, under the Oikos network based at the Geylang church-campus, offers a Master of Arts in Theology program spanning 3 years. In the first year, students take required courses and select subject concentrations with the guidance of a thesis advisor. In the second year, students choose electives that align with their interests while continuing to research and complete their thesis. By the third year, students must pass a comprehensive exam to demonstrate mastery of coursework and defend their thesis before graduation.
The Seminary operates under the spiritual coverage of Chancellor Bishop Mike based in Cairns and Dean of Graduate Studies Dr Preecha Jengjalern based in Chiang Mai, with legal coverage provided by Oikos in Singapore. The Seminary also offers an internship program to equip students with the necessary skills for effective ministry programs.
The Seminary is actively seeking accreditation by the International Council for Higher Education and Asia Theological Association thanks to its cultivation of exceptional talents. The Geylang campus houses a library with a vast collection of theological books donated by Quek Swee Hwa, the founder of BGST, intended for future Theology students. The Seminary also has plans to introduce micro-learning platforms to promote higher-order thinking and make Christian higher education as accessible as possible.
