The position of Executive Administrative Coordinator within the office of the President of Leadership Formation at KC Digital Municipality represents a critical administrative function that facilitates the effective operation of the seminary. This voluntary role encompasses a diverse array of responsibilities, including managing the President's calendar, overseeing community connections, and coordinating public appearances, both in-person and virtually.

The Executive Administrative Coordinator serves as a trusted partner to the President, ensuring seamless communication with the public, students, and staff. This role requires the incumbent to administer a complex calendar, manage travel logistics, and oversee budgetary concerns, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the President's office. Additionally, the Coordinator is tasked with organising departmental meetings and special events, which necessitates collaboration with the General Secretary to create agendas and presentations tailored to the needs of seminarians.

Essential to this role is the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment, particularly when handling sensitive information. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and resilience in a dynamic work environment. Proficiency in challenged-based agile project management (C-BAM) is also crucial, as is the capacity to engage with individuals from diverse cultural and social backgrounds.

In essence, the Executive Administrative Coordinator not only supports the President in administrative tasks but also plays a pivotal role in fostering connections within the seminary community, thus contributing to the overall mission of leadership formation.
