[Editor’s note: This is the “nuclear core” of the research on modalities still to be published by March 2023. It includes the Pattern of seven as the main research over the last 5 years of class work, seminars and more recently webinars over zoom. The principle concept of modal excellence is triangulated from 3 positions found in Scripture: the pattern shown to Moses, to Paul and to Peter. We see modal excellence also in the uncanny representation of the risen Jesus to the 7 churches in Revelation (ch 2 & 3) that overturns the existing paradigm in psychology and psychiatry regarding the soul, ie the Father’s design from your mother’s womb.
What you are is fixed in creation and not in flux nor founded in evolutionary confusion. What you learn to mimic from your grands, parents, teachers, coaches and mentors is not the essential “you”. It’s all about “you” but “you” are not what it’s all about.
As Augustine said, finding yourself in the genius of God the Father is life’s “greatest human achievement”, something that has become an obsession for the King’s College and the communities we serve in the Indo-Pacific and across time-zones of S.E.Asia.
We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully. - Romans 12:6-8 (NIV)
Many people remain a mystery to themselves. You may be 10, 20 or even 50 years where you are and you still may not understand why God has made you the way that He has. Enter Modalities! Your Modality speaks about your elemental roots, your elemental self, personhood and how to isolate, how to identify, how to decode and define that which is latent and hidden deep within you, helping you to answer life’s poignant questions: “Who am I?”, “What makes life worth living?”, “How have I made an impact in other’s lives?”, and more.
In the first part of the Modalities program, we start with life— the way a person has been wired and designed. We determine what is unique in a person and his/her modality, why he/she matters. Nationality is where you live, language is what you know, ethnicity is which mountain and river you are from, religion is why you care and modality is why you matter.
The second part of the program is impact – where we assess the way each person’s genius is manifested or expressed. We assess the impact the person is currently doing and then predict from there how he/she can impact the future.

So, you’ve got these seven general archetypes and they are the glory of the Father from your mother’s womb. The question is, “Which one is you?” This is really not something you learn in a book. It’s not something that you pick up from a teacher or from a parent. It’s the way you were born. It’s a pattern of seven that you see in the menorah; you see it all over the scriptures. You see in the Tabernacle; you see in the seven churches. You see it in so many different places of the New Testament and the Old. You see it in the seven species of agricultural products in Israel. Which one is you? Are you an olive tree that’s related to the Parakaleho? Are you a pomegranate that’s related to the Proistemi? Are you the vine tree belonging to the order of the eleemosynary rescuer? Are you the wheat one that feeds the Didactic gift? Are you the barley in the execution; like Gideon the barley loaf went to destroy or execute the plan according to God’s plan, the Deaconic? Are you the fig tree that represents the times in the seasons of the end, the Prophetiea? Or are you the cluster from the palm tree, the honey palm tree which represents good governance, structure and order that you see in Metadidomic Boaz in the fields that he was tilling in Bethlehem—who had the means to spread his garment over Ruth and Naomi and the wisdom of the just?
προφητεία (DISCOVER)
Discover the elemental that decodes and defines a future reality. Long before the vanishing point of each day, there is a new beginning for which preparation labours to accommodate. It’s not what the eye sees but the ability of the eye to see. Once you see it, you prepare yourself for its eventuality. Truth is always futuristic and creates a framework to obtain what your dreams can only hope.
διακονία (SERVE)
Artisanal excellence that wows an audience and market of one - yourself. Successive waves of revival reach the shoreline of history as the waters of God’s glory continue to wash up a harvest of glory that has come upon us in haste according to plan and in the fullness of time.
διδάσκω (TEACH)
Disambiguation. Thinking clearly about what God has done, the unforgettable moments that define your history and mark your place in the divine economy. These are interconnecting links that allow you to unpack modality to impact nations.
παρακαλῶ (ENABLE)
Fingerprints of God in human history is the unfolding life blood of story. History is His story, an unfolding, progressive revelation that assures you with each passing day that uncovers more and more evidence of an unseen work of God - hearts and minds advancing up to higher ground, together.
μεταδίδωμι (GIVE)
Order and structure. Clarity of purpose and a preparedness that makes room for more impact. At the close of each hour, there is left behind a discernible signature that the wise seek to interpret and optimise.
προΐστημι (LEAD)
Breakthrough. The angel of God, regardless of place, reputation or geography bears a message not only for ancient saints broken down in seasons of repentance and soul-travail, but also tells a story of impact that works all things for good.
ἐλεέως (RESCUE)
Calm. Rest. Quiet. Every detail of which might not be discernible through the passage of time, but one can fix locations, personalities and movements in a train of serialised episodes and salvation events that make up revival history. The soul is a candle of the Lord whose flame continues to burn with a perfect love that never fails.
