In our democratic societies, we cast our votes to elect our leaders and determine our governments. We have the privilege of choice, of agency, to decide who will guide us. God, however, operates on a different premise. He chooses his followers, he handpicks his ministers, he appoints those whom he trusts to carry out his divine will. This relationship, this spiritual journey, it's all about you, but simultaneously, the focus isn't solely on you. It's about a higher calling, a greater purpose.

The gospel, with its profound wisdom and timeless truths, proclaims that you're born free. This freedom is not just a state of being, but a realization of your innate potential, your divine purpose. You have the power to maintain this freedom, this grace, through the Spirit. The Spirit serves as a guide, a beacon of hope and light, leading you towards a life of freedom and fulfillment.

And in this freedom, you can live without worry, without fear. You can rest assured, secure in the knowledge that God, the almighty creator who began this good work within you, will see it through to completion. He is a constant, a bedrock in the shifting sands of life. You're born free, you remain free, and you continue to live freely, embracing and utilizing the gifts that have been bestowed upon you since birth. These gifts, these talents and abilities, are the tools you use to navigate the journey of life, to fulfill your divine purpose.
